(1) A fund named Youth and Small Entrepreneur Self-Employment Fund has been established.
(2) Funds as per sub-rule (1) shall contain the amount received and material assistance as follows:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal (b) Funds received from international organizations
(c) Funds received from Nepali associations, organizations and individuals (d) At least one percent of the amount determined to be invested in the underprivileged by banks, financial institutions and cooperatives,
(e) Investment recovery amount,
(f) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The committee shall open an account in the bank and deposit the amount deposited in the fund as per sub-rule (2).
(4) The operation of the account as per sub-rule (3) shall be as prescribed by the committee.
